I found these wedsites through the affiliates links on the selvedge magazine website...

As you hover over the text in the left column a dotted border appears. This is a minimal change but is effective and in keeping with other borders on the site. This menu is present on every page including the link back to 'home' making the navigation of the site easy.

I like how t
he background imagery is the same throughout the site but changes colour to suit the theme and colour palette of each page. I really like how instead of using a scrolling bar they have a next button to open a new page displaying more pieces. I think this is a nicer way of displaying work rather than having to scroll down, this also means the header and footer is always in view.

There is no scrolling at all in Margo's site. The display is simple with the the only changes as new pages open are within the box. thumbnails are used to display her works and you click on them to see a larger view in a new window.
