As you enter this site there is an image that is shown briefly before fading out into the portfolio. It is an illustration and footer text giving a brief explanation on what she is about. I think this is a nice introduction into the portfolio site. The simplistic layout, navigation and minimal content makes for what i think is a successful portfolio focusing purely on her designs. The arrow down the right hand corner is what opens the next design, this is minimal but is a symbol that gives direction.
